I don't understand why elite DEs aren't beating down the door begging to come play for this guy.

His track record over the last 6 years is nothing short of incredible.

don't get 5* DE's, yet Hobby has a proven track record of coaching up the DE talent and making them NFL pros. Seems like 5* DE talent would be beating down his door for a chance to play for him.
