Should start this moving forward...

Love CJ's take on this. Be pretty cool to see this done across the board by our guys that go on to the league, or just go on to be professionals. Love to see former tigers aligned to new ones who wear their numbers and add an extra layer of accountability.

I think this is a great idea. Another layer of accountability. Since Spiller is going to be keeping up with him, it is almost like another mentor too.

You could also see this playing out in the Jordan Williams article. Getting to have some down time with Shaq, a player he finds himself similar to, a player he studies and trying to emulate, not only helps us to draw a very solid player, but also hopefully establishes some mentorship. Seeing this across the boards would be very healthy for our program, just like the Spiller/Feaster connection.
