It's a wonderful thing to be able to enhance that young man's life like that. He's innocent.

Another example as to Clemson being much more than just a football school.

It is a life school.

I'll be perfectly honest, I'm as proud of Clemson for what they have done with this program as I am with anything else offered at Clemson. The look on those special kids faces is worth every penny it cost to get in the special needs program. Go Tigers!!!

Since I am a special education teacher, I followed this story from the day Rion received his admittance letter. WYFF aired the video of his reaction. They also aired a video of him talking about what the program has meant to him right before he graduated. Couldn't watch either video without crying! I am so proud of my alma mater for giving students like Rion a chance. Proud to be a Tiger!
