I played with Stephen just about every weekend

When I was in my mid-upper twenties, Stephen was around 12 years old (his dad was the pro at our club) and we ended up playing in the same foursome out of a larger group just about every Saturday for a couple years. I was close to a scratch golfer at the time and on par 4s would usually out drive him by at least 50 yards, hitting a wedge for my approach shot, while he was stretching a fairway wood as far as he could hit it. While we both would hit the green on our second shot, I'll give y'all one guess who was always putting first…

Congrats Stephen - I hope wearing my orange every Saturday and having a Clemson tiger head cover helped sway you away from the dark side. You have represented Clemson well and wish you the best as you finish your collegiate career.
