Forget the NCAA tourney... let's get a double bye in ACCT

Forget the NCAA tourney... it may be a longshot, but the possibility of Clemson earning a double bye in the ACC tourney is not far fetched. Again, it would be predicated on finishing 5-1, at worst.
If Clemson can go 5-1, and finish 12-6 in ACC play... the two teams we have the best shot of overtaking are Duke and Miami. Duke is currently 7-4 in ACC play, and they have a brutal stretch. Here's what Duke has left:
vs. UVA
@ UNC
@ UofL
vs. FSU
@ Pitt
vs. Wake
vs. UNC
If they drop at least 2 of those, we hold the tiebreaker
Miami is currently 8-3 in ACC play, and here is what they have left:
@ FSU
vs. VT
@ UNC
vs. UVA
vs. UofL
@ ND
@ VT
If they drop 3 of them, we hold the tie-breaker.
I don't think we could overtake ND or UVA if go 5-1, b/c of the tie-breakers... so forget NCAA tourney for now... a top 4 seed in the ACC tourney is still out there.

While it's easy to be frustrated about the recent stretch, there is certainly an opportunity to finish strong. The teams that we are playing are not world beaters, but there are no easy outs.
At this point, getting home wins over GT and BC can get us back on track....then it will be time to see if we can do it on the road.
A double bye in the tourney would be huge. Regardless of NCAA or NIT, we need to make some noise in the ACC tourney this year.
