from 247 - class is currently ranked 5 if that means anything this early...

No team may be on deck to make a bigger move up the charts than Clemson. Their staff pushes for early commits, then not allowing the verbal pledges to take visits anywhere else and completely shutting down the process.

The Tigers are well positioned to land a pair of four-star wide receivers from Tennessee: Amari Rodgers and Tee Higgins.

Rogers will go public Sunday. Higgins may not take much longer than that as he has a strong rapport with Clemson five-star quarterback commit (and former fellow Tennessee commit) Hunter Johnson and plans to follow him in college.

Four-star cornerback LeAnthony Williams is also a heavy Crystal Ball lean to the Tigers. Clemson signed his teammate, four-star linebacker Tre Lamar, last cycle and remain in the driver’s seat for an early public pledge from Williams as well.
