Can Newton has lost all my respect

How can you turn your back on your team like that?

Changed my mind too. That was Cam and only Cam on his mind***

You guys are retarded...jumping into suicide....

Feb 7, 2016, 11:04 PM

This game was lost due to preparation and not reading the press clippings. Similar to Clemson vs Alabama. Two great teams meet and then it is about the coaching. Cam goes into the pile gets injured and Derek whomever is playing...think they win? I am happy for Peyton, but Cam and Carolina will be back in the SB. Sheesh!

"Gamecocks aren’t ready to take college football by storm just yet. They’re not even ready to compete in their own state – Clemson will still own the territory. Gamecocks fans would be smart to keep their heads buried until that time. Avoid talking trash to a much better Clemson program.” -Dustin Tackett

I think Cam Newton will eventually lead a team to a Super Bowl win .
I also think they will need to have a better offensive gameplan to get them that win.
Not Cam's fault , but Denver had a great defensive gameplan ...and executed it exquisitely.

This reminds me of the old school SEC games that had the "great defenses." We now know that it was not "great defenses," it was poor offenses.

I hope he does mate. As a panthers fan it hurts a little to see him do so much for this team then think of only himself when it mattered most. What would Sam Mills think?

That does look bad for him.

You could make an argument that in the exposed nerve level of see and react that he thought it might get pushed upfield. It isn't like he stopped trying to get the ball altogether. He was on the ground trying to get it moments later. The guy is a warrior and lifted this panther team to much higher heights than it should have gone.

There's lots of ways to describe Cam Newton but "warrior" just ain't one of them.

Um the guy that has been hit more than double any other QB during his 5 years in the league and routinely lowers his multi-million dollar shoulders in QB pads for extra yardage is a warrior. You're entitled to your opinion though.

He was definitely not a warrior tonight.

Maybe we should put Mike Remmers between you and Von Miller for 60 minutes and see if that might change your opinion.

If I am paid to do a job, I do it. Before I retired from law enforcement, I put my life on the line quite regularly. Was hurt very badly a couple of times.

Cam Newton was exposed along his OL by Denver's superb defense. Newton needs to grow up, quit showboating, and most importantly learn how to handle a loss as the representative and team leader. Do I expect Carolina to be back in a Super Bowl? The answer is yes, but maybe not next year. Peyton Manning is a class act and Cam could learn quite a bit from his example and overall experience given the opportunity.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Yeah, Cam can learn a lot from Manning

Like saying he's going to drink a lot of Budweisers that night.

You are a chump dude. Cam has won a Natty and NFL MVP and made it to the Super Bowl. What a chump right.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

He needed had my respect

Feb 7, 2016, 11:19 PM

His situation at Auburn was a scam

He was never a class guy.

I always thought he was selfish and would not sacrifice for his team. It showed there.

I always thought he was a whiner. He was pouting and walked out during his press conference.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

This doesn't help

I'm not a Cam fan, but I can't deny his talent. Sure He's got some growing up to do. I think Cam will go back and reflect on this and become a better player for it. There's not a team in the league other than the Patriots and maybe Green Bay that wouldn't take Him in a minute. I think He will and go on to win a national championship sometime. He's just too good of a player, and doesn't come with the off-field issues of some of the other new quarterbacks have had. He goes on to and be a great player and most likely a more mature player from the SB experience.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

He should have never had your respect***
