In 1981 Clemson
1) Won a National Championship in Football
2) Had a perfect regular season. 11-0
3) Played North Carolina for the ACC championship. Back then there was no ACCCG. It was head to head and they were the two best teams in the ACC.
Also that year North Carolina had only one loss before they played Clemson and that was to University of South Carolina. North Carolina was ranked 8th in the AP poll the week before they played Clemson. OH YEA even the dates on the calendar was the same as This year.
DO YOU BELIEVE THAT HISTORY CAN REPEAT ITSELF. I do. GO TIGERS.
