Texas fans drink that ESPiN/SEC cool-aid too

A Texas fan comes into my office at work and sees my Clemson stuff. The following conversation occurs:

Him: "Clemson is having a good season, but I don't think they're the best team, the only good team they've beaten is ND"

Me: *Rolls eyes and chuckles* "Okay, FSU is pretty good too ..."

Him: "Yea they are okay. But I think Alabama is the best team, they will win it all"

Me: "Well if we use your logic of rating teams based on who they've played ... remind me which top 20 teams Alabama has beaten again"

Him: "Umm ... well ... they beat LSU"

Me: "Oh are they ranked in the top 20 again?"

Him: "Yea I guess not"

Me: "Yea you've got to admit they were pretty overrated. Who else in the SEC is top-20? Ole Miss right? Oh wait, Alabama lost to them. So again who has Alabama beaten that is currently ranked in the top 20 ..."

Him: *Changes topic to lifespan of Charlie Strong as UT's coach*
