It is CRAZY how much coaching instability surrounds us.

Nov 29, 2015, 11:41 PM

Georgia, SC, Miami, VT, UVA, Maryland all transitioning coaching staffs. At the same time, GT, Wake and Auburn having terrible years. LSU's coach was under threat the second half of the season. All while Clemson has an undefeated season. Clemson is in a great position from a recruiting perspective. Even Florida, as good as their record is, looks very one-dimensional. Really, FSU and UNC are the only two hitting on all cylinders in the region, with Tennessee showing a bit of life.

I hope that one day it won't happen to us when...

Dabo has taken us to national champions and several seasons, then 10+ years from now, fans are spoiled and call him out to have 1 or 2 8-win seasons.

I have yet seen a coach lately who actually retired without being forced out.

The Ole Ball Sac wasn't forced out. (Wink, wink.)

He has 4+million reasons to smile and tell you he resigned, even though his contract said otherwise.
