It Is...Game Day! Signal Info For This Morning's Pregame

Nov 28, 2015, 3:19 AM

It Is...Game Day!

The Tiger Pregame Show, a game day tradition for Clemson football fans on Saturdays since 2003, will broadcast its 167th consecutive show this Saturday as Clemson travels to Columbia to play the South Carolina Gamecocks. Broadcast Time Is 6:00-9:00 am.

If you are leaving from the Upstate to travel to Columbia, you can listen on 105.5 FM until approximately Clinton, SC. Once you lose the 105.5 FM signal, you can also listen via the Tune In App for free on your cell phone as you travel down to Columbia by choosing 105.5 The Roar on the App. And, of course, you can hear the show from anywhere in the world on wccpfm.com.

David Hood, Senior Writer for Tigernet, will join Tiger Pregame Show founder Scott Rhymer on WCCP’s popular Tiger Pregame Show as it enters its 13th year on the air at WCCP 105.5 FM.

We will broadcast the show from Southern Equipment Fabricators at 1231 Bluff Road, less than a mile from Williams Brice Stadium.

This Public Parking area is located between Bernie's Chicken and the National Guard Armory and a 10 minute walk to the stadium. Parking is available for $40 at this location and on site Port-O-Johns are available for those tailgating in this lot.

The buzz of this season continues to grow, and we will kick off our game day Saturday on the Tiger Pregame Show.

“This is the greatest rivalry in college football if you ask me", Rhymer states. "And this year the stakes are even higher in this game because Clemson's chance to play in the College Football Playoff is contingent of beat the Gamecocks on Saturday."

"We will set the stage for Clemson fans for this big game and we will let you hear from the coaches and the players to set the tone for the big game".

Rhymer also reminds fans that they can tune into the Tiger Pregame Show in many different formats.

“When driving to the game Saturday or walking around Columbia, our fans can stream the show via their smart phones, making the show as portable as the listener wants to be on game day."

“But that is not the only reason we embrace the technology. In addition to streaming the show, we also want to engage fans during the show to allow them to give their opinions and insight into the show that we can use while broadcasting. That’s the really exciting part of embracing the technology as it allows fans to do more than just listen. It allows them to engage.”

??The Tiger Pregame Show format will air from 6:00-9:00 this Saturday and we will continue to offer in-depth analysis of the upcoming game, focusing on X’s and O’s of what fans should expect to see on the field during the game.

Segments for the show include up-to-the-minute game day weather conditions, Top 25 Report, ACC and SEC Game Breakdowns, Injury Reports for both Clemson and their opponent, and a historical look back at this day in Clemson football history.

Clemson Head Coach Dabo Swinney, Defensive Coordinator Brent Venables, and Co-Offensive Coordinators Tony Elliott and Jeff Scott will offer their input on the show.

Eric MacLain, Wayne Gallman, and DJ Reader will also have their thoughts on the game, giving Tiger fans a clear vibe of what the players are thinking leading up to kickoff.

Don Munson, the Voice of the Tigers, will join the show live each week to give his unique perspective inside the football program.

And, just like in the previous 12 years, the show will close the final hour with the Keys to the Game and game day predictions, this week with Tigernet's David Hood.
