Well, we ordered them last Wednesday. My mail didn't come until late on this Wednesday and the office was already closed. I tried to call early this morning and it said the office was closed for the holidays.

Yes, problem is they never game me the option to print them. I only had the option to Mail them or pick them up at Will Call. Will Call was $10 and it was only $3 to mail them.

Take your receipt and ID and go to Will Call. Clemson representatives will be there and can reprint a ticket for you.
Worst case, you buy outside really cheap.
