Appears he returned a couple for TD in high school. He seems to play with an edge...often your best returners are fearless

Saw Van play a few times in high school, he is really good with the ball in his hands, not sure if they've put him back there in practice at all this year, though.

He's a good kid, interviewed him last year for our high school football coverage. That Hough team was loaded, tight end wound up at UNC..but Van helped flip Mark Fields from the Coots late in the going, I was shocked because he seemed dead set on LSU close to signing day

It certainly has been lacking this year, and after having players the caliber of CJ Spiller and Sammy back there for the better part of the last decade, it's easy to have high expectations.

I don't know if anyone on the roster right now has the kind of speed, but I trust our coaching staff to have the best 11 on the field at all times.
