Was that the game Clemson won on a last minit fg? If so it was the first and last game DF war a tie on sidelines, I think. Anywho, I was there 2.........

We were also- had our 11 month old daughter with us. Sat in the east upper deck. Good memories.

that was 1985 and Beamer didn't go to VT until 87...1985 was the year Danny tried to go to a drop back pro style offense...didn't work out too well...after the the poor results he went back to option football and replaced Randy Anderson with Rodney Williams in the UVA game

We were there too! We sayot through some games with Bill Dooley, Va tech football coach, complaining about crowd noise when we were sitting on the hill and they were attempting to score.
