The major pieces of our coaching staff are still very, very young. We're trending upward, and will continue that direction for a long time. Meanwhile, that team in the midlands just lost their coach midseason.

We lost our coach mid season 8 years ago and it was the best thing that could have happened. I wish Spurrier has stayed a few more years. He could have done more damage.

while. We've just started getting over that and actually developing depth in the past few seasons. It was essentially getting hit with probation and losing scholarships.
