Try it in chrome. Maybe an issue with safari?

Try restarting your iPad (hold down the power button).

Clearing the cache (Settings > Safari > Clear Cache)

And clearing the history (Settings > Safari. Scroll down and tap "Clear History." You can also clear all cookies and data)

These things should help. Also make sure your iPad is updated to the latest iOS.
