Bill, our stats would have been much higher if ND would not have racked up a lot of yards in the 4th quarter. We are definitely a top 10 D.

You do realize that the 1st team D probably didn't even play an entire half in the first two games. ND threw in everything but the kitchen sink trying to catch up. Our Defense is fine.

Lack of depth allows teams to get yardage later in games as well as playing a lot of people in 2 early games to get experience hurt the stat lines.
