Saturday's Sell Out vs Actual Attendance

Sep 3, 2015, 4:43 PM

I hope im wrong but i have an anxious feeling about this ND season ticket package's affect on the rest of our home games. Sell outs are nice, maximized revnue etc, but im worried about the incentive to resell the rest of those home game tickets if all one cared about was getting a ND ticket. Based on what ive heard, there are much more expensive tickets for sale vs this $395 All In Package. Am i off base here?

Not for the home opener

Maybe for App St. But we have a bunch of pretty good home games this year. There will be 80K there.

We had close to 82,000 last year for SC State after a loss.

There was a 97% renewal rate in the lower section,

and I think the overall renewal rate was mid-90s. The only effect will be in the upper corners, which will not affect the usual FCS game crowd appearance. If more fans would purchase season tickets, we could effect real change - or at least keep the extra tickets in our control.
