1 - $CU wins and regardless of how close or wide the margin of victory, talk amongst Jock Straps of winning at least ten games and competing for the $EC Least Championship escalates dramatically.

2 - $CU loses and regardless of how close or wide the margin of victory, talk amongst Jock Straps of how great UNCheat really is, that they are a dark horse candicate to get-in the college football playoffs, and would likely beat Clemson by at least three TD if they played this year, escalates dramatically.

The famous "didn't" want to be there, normally reserved for bowl season excuses. However, following coot-logic, they will still deploy this excuse.

Finally, we obvisouly were looking past UNC because we have a tough SEC game the following week and it's a revenge game for us (playing Kentucky, snicker snicker)
