Believe there were two Pinkneys that were delegates to the constitutional convention.

Whether this is true or not (thinking possible Thomas Jefferson type situation here) is irrelevant.

Take pride in your family and your surname young man.

As an aside, are there a lot of Pinkneys in the low country? I grew up in the upstate, the only time I ever heard the Pinkney name was in history books.
