Man there were some stud 3 stars players in this draft

Interesting to see all the great players who were ranked at 3 stars coming out of high school. I always have to remind myself that when we sign a 3 star kid that he may end up being the best in the bunch. It was the case for us at Clemson and the nations top player. Cool to see.

this proves it's a mistake to only sign 4 and 5 stars

hope Dabo is paying attention.... but good luck with that

"I've been working since I was 15 continually until now. I worked 40 hours a week at 15, when it wasn't even legal for 15 year olds to work that many hours."

gwp, lbu, bob and a host of others to give him their $.02, don't you think it'd be prudent if everyone was on the same page?

It's simply an interesting read

No agenda associated. I was surprised the amount of the star studded players who were originally 3 stars.

To be honest when I see us take a 3 or 2 star guy I feel like it's a waste of a scholarship bc it doesn't get our recruiutng rank higher. This proves to me that we have a pretty good set of coaches that can see the potential or can find under the radar guys. Whic is awesome. Grady Jarrett another.

Not sure about that, and that's not what the article said

May 6, 2015, 7:28 PM

"Beasley was a running back/wide receiver more than anything else as far as talent projection in my book, so he was a tough one to rank. He settled in nicely as a pass-rushing linebacker and developed into a top 10 NFL pick, so that athleticism we saw in high school was certainly utilized very well by the Clemson staff" - See more at: https://footballrecruiting.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1763697#sthash.mtjSQciJ.dpuf

Did you notice how many of those overlooked 3 stars were from GA? Just goes to show how much talent is in that state.
