looking at USCjr?
Follow me on this one for a moment.
Can we really expect them to be fully invested and "All In" when we play the coots every year since they may have some lingering feelings for the USCjr? Especially players that speak highly of the coots and their program, maybe this shows a fundamental flaw in judgement ability since all of us know how terrible and crappy that school is and what a dump their stadium is.
Following this line of thinking, maybe we should also start rethinking how we recuit in Florida. Is it really a coincidence that we've been heavily recruiting Florida under Dabo but are on a loosing streak to the Noles?

It's just difficult to figure that out.
Recruiting is a long term relationship. Hopefully we aren't recruiting for just this year. You recruit some kids just to make contacts in certain schools. You recruit some people to keep your opponents busy holding on to their recruits and spend less time stealing your own.
Your theory is simplistic at best; it borders on moronic.

I wouldn't necessarily call these guys thugs, just poor decision makers if they choose scjr over clemson - which hurts their stock come nfl draft time.
Nobody deserves to start out of the gate with strike one already against them. I applaud Dabo for reaching out to help these young men.
