Dabo should recruit taller guys so that all their hard work in college can pay off at the NFL level. NFL don't players unless they are 6'3" plus!!! :(

Those contracts should be put on the wall in the locker room to show what hard work everyday could pay them if they get drafted. And to show them how hard that work has to be, show them the percentage of players that get drafted. Show and convince them of that, we should be in the 4 team playoffs every single year....

By deciding to stay for it, as opposed to bring a late 1st round or early 2nd round take, with the concerns about his weight and whether he had a flash in the pan season - or could he perform at a similarly high level with teams scheming for him by double and triple teaming him off the edge.

He stayed. Packed on a bunch of weight, and had an even better season, with the extra attention from opposing O's.

And now he's $5 million richer.

Take detailed notes underclassmen and those looking to make the jump early. Scouts want continued proven success before risking an early 1st round pick on a guy who had A good season. Those are called contract players. Your Clowney's of the world who only put their best foot forward when they know next year's income depends on it, then drops the work ethic and costs your team both financially and on the field.
