Lost in the frustration of the FSU game was one of the best

catches of the year. And that throw is ridiculous. Who wants some of that for 60 minutes?

I remember seeing them mark the spot where the ref said he caught it and thinking the ref made a mistake cause there was no way he caught that ball, especially from the sideline camera angle. Awesome catch though.

I thought Stanton Seckinger's catch that was almost a TD

Apr 27, 2015, 4:34 PM

was almost as good

Whatever you do, always give 100%.....unless it's donating blood

I have nightmares about that catch being like 3 inches

Apr 27, 2015, 4:44 PM

further down the field--we would've won that game...

Yep, definitely the case

Apr 27, 2015, 4:59 PM

but to be fair there were also like 6 other plays where the chips fell to the noles favor instead of ours

Watson is always looking down field. And he throws the most accurate deep ball

Apr 27, 2015, 8:10 PM

Ive ever seen in a kid that young. Its a LBs nightmare and the CBs are irrelevant when you have that kind of accuracy. All they need is a 1/2 step and a look off of the FS or pump fake.

The ball couldn't have been thrown anywhere else and Mike made the catch. I remember thinking he didn't catch it until the ref spotted the ball and the ran the replay. That is sick talent on both ends of the ball there.

Watson kinda got away with one there...you're supposed to put it to the outside shoulder, AWAY from the safety, where either your guy gets it or no one does. The safety was late getting over there or he might have had a pick...and Williams made one of the best coaches of the year.

He threw some amazing balls this year, balls that would have been good even in the NFL. That was kind of a youthful throw, one of the few of that kind I actually saw him make...but FSU messed up and Williams made an NFL catch and bailed him out.

Still, turning it over on the opponent's 1-yard line is maybe not the worst thing over. If you're going to go for it, that's exactly the place to do it. Being that unafraid to just Go For It against FSU, in Tally...well, for a true frosh, that's anything but ordinary.
