Haha, yes, they have a few drugs for that, but none of which help the contractor actually building it. This is the nature of the building process. The shell seems to go up in such a hurry and everyone thinks, wow, it's going to be finished very soon. But then everything seems to stop in its tracks and there is no perceived progress for a long time. It's not just roofs and framing and drywall and windows, it's all those other trades, like plumbing, electrical, fire suppression, phone and secondary systems, etc., etc., etc. that just seem to take forever to install, and then you paint and finish... and go back and fix and rework as necessary all of the above. It'll get there, and despite the urgency that drives the process, patience is the moderator. Can't wait to see it myself! In the mean time, those drugs (as necessary) can help keep your expectations in check.
