It's a replica rocket monument at the entrance to the state fair. You can get the p/a announcer to call out the name of who you'd like to meet you at the rocket. Before cell phones it was the only way to find friends at the fair, also as young kids it was fun to have your friends paged to meet their mother at the rocket.
