Hmm 2-3 years left. What can I do to insure the next coach will fail...

1. Heavily recruit JUCO... check

2. Recruit players no matter how borderline academically. I only need a few to make it.... check

3. Recruit 30+ to make sure to load up for end of career... check

3. Hand out offers to middle school players.... check
