????Moffatt Burriss, 82nd Airborne WWII vet. He said he hopes to be back in Clemson for a military appreciation day sometime soon.

Here's his book if anyone is interested:

This man is a true hero. He is a real gentleman & I am proud to know him. His book is well written, easy to read & well worth the money. Any profits go to research for Alzheimer's Disease. He is a great TIGER!!!

in Huntsville AL. He was part of the Air Force ROTC and had great stories about his early time in school. That was the most interesting 20 minutes of that trip

Moffat is very unassuming on his service. I was in the Lions Club with him for years and never knew of his service record. I heard him talk to the St. Andrews Club a few years ago and was so impressed, I got him to give a talk to my Rotary Club. His book is great as well (his kids badgered him into writing it.

A great American and a great Tiger!
