according to the Greenville News, they quoted ESPN (I think) as him being a 4 star player - go figure!

He was already a 4-star with ESPN & 247sports. Rivals had him as a 5-star. He should probably be a consensus 5-star though. The guy is a great talent.

we had 17 5 stars committed to us last year until ESPN rigged the rankings.

Article quickly and I thought it mentioned that he was the highest ranked player to commit since Bowers. If that is true it seems like everyone would have him with five stars.
