they've already got their rotations set and are positioning themselves in the tough Western Conf. Unless you're an incredible talent it's going to be tough to get playing time.

deal when it happened, but did philly "dump him" knowing he'd be difficult to sign after year 1? was the deal in anyway considered a shot at his agent for his unwillingness to enter into something more longterm up front?

any insight into why houston would "dump" a player or player(s) for a somewhat unknown that you have apparently little or no control over when the year is done?

from the outside, it seems like a very dicey situation for kj unable to prove his salt going into a contract year?

According to their fans that I have talked to on a different forum they brought him in because they want to have him for next year and are expecting to lose some players. They wanted to have his RESTRICTED part of his Free Agent tag.

He will get paid regardless of what happens he showed he can play in Philli.
