since their best Baseball HC was elevated to AD..and best FB HC ever in Steve Spurrier is on the cusp of retiring due to age..and as such their Athletic program is & has started to get back to levels that approach normalcy (not that it is going downhill to the old days of being terrible).

Saying, things happen in life & sports, good & bad..for it's just life. They had a fantastic run in football & baseball due to these very talented men..and I respect & admire that as a human & as a sportsman (FAN).

SC was & is a good competitor..winning many games & recruiting battles..and thus helped make CLEMSON strive to survive & get better..and we did & have, but never must we rest on our laurels..and DaBO knows that very well..and one reason he's the Man of The Hour for our FB program.

The Coots will find another well-known & talented FB HC..and life & competition will remain part of the equation of sports life in the little Palmetto state.

But, we want CLEMSON to continue to be the over-all leader in wins..as they are in both Football (24) & Baseball (37)...and it happens with Fan Support..belonging to IPTAY & buying tickets & attendance.

GoTiGERS..keep ROCking & wearing beautiful ORANGE that the Coots hate!

Ray Tanner. Give that man some credit. I'm not sure about the football program though; they're willing to spend money with the big boys and will probably overspend for their next coach, but it's doubtful they consistently win ten games a year.
