BC will likely be a close game...

Unlike the Wuffies, BC doesn't get flustered. They play a more patient game.

They just don't play it very well, with as many turnovers as assists this year. Their free throw shooting and 3-point is no better, their rebounding is a bit worse ... mainly because without solid 3-point shooting people can zone them to death. I expect us to do the same.

Unless we play down to them, I expect Clemson to end the first half above .500 ... and I'm delighted to be there.

and last night, the start of the game showed the Tigers being pretty effective from the ft line and, fool that I am, I thought our woes from the charity stripe were over......until Jaron missed 4 in a row (one he got to shoot over because of a wuffie lane violation--not that it mattered)....even the usually solid Roper clanged a couple.....but we did enough down the stretch to maintain and widen the lead.

Nexium, Zantac, Tums.....we know these drugs well
