One big difference between Coach Swinney and Spurlid

Is the ability to make correct staff changes as the need arises.
Coach Scott and Coach Elliott did a great job in the bowl game taking over for Coach Morris and seem to have bright futures.
Spurlid is drowning in his own cess pool right beside Lo Ward and GA Mangus
Not to mention Dabo fired Kevin Steele after we won the ACC Championship and replaced him with the best DC in the country in Brent Venables.

The list of differences between those two is long indeed. That said, I don't think Spurrier is low character, but he has a different value system than I do.

Spurlock wants to be the smartest Em Eff er in the room, so he hires inferior coaches and lets the good ones get away.
