With this defense and a healthy D Watson

Dec 29, 2014, 11:48 PM

this team could play with and beat any of the top 4 teams in the payoff. I'd like our chances in a playoff. This team, right now with Watson is as good as any in the country. If Watson can stay healthy next year, I don't see why we won't be in the playoff next year. Defense should remain a top 25 defense.

DL depth is my only concern. My starters prediction.

DE's Ebo and Lawson

DL Watkins and Reader

LB's Boulware, Jones/Goodson with Wiggins/Blanks and Odaniel

CB Kensie and Tankersley

SS Kearse and TJ Green/Blanks

I really think the biggest challenge for us next year on the defensive side of the ball will be ga tech. I don't really see too much to worry about with the standard offenses. If we can stop ga tech and keep the ball in our offenses hands we got a great shot of making a magical run. 2015 can't get here soon enough.
