Only down side is you loose him as a recruiter.

But I'm sure they will find someone that can recruit amazing talent, have a good offense, but not great, and consistently loose several games a year even though they are picked to win the MNC.

Yeah...I remember looking at an article on Mark Fields that sent me to one of their forums. It seemed like a bunch were nervous at first about him leaving but as the week passed they began to be happy and put the pressure on Richt to find someone to put them over the top.
