The New Mexico Bowl summons fond memories

BBQ at The Quarters (not far from the stadium) in Albuquerque and the best chicken enchiladas smothered in green chile in the universe at Sadies down in the valley. Snowy weekends in Taos amidst breathtaking vistas. Hiking the Sangre de Cristo's above Santa Fe....just too far to the beach...in any direction...lol
