I wouldn't worry about replacing the Chad

Dabo has a plan I'm sure. It won't be a huge deal to replace him.

I do think Chad is making a mistake leaving for 2 mil. My guess is he just wants to move back because in coaching dollars , 1.3 to 2 mil isnt exactly huge. A lot yes, but is it worth the added stress? Not sure it would b.

I bet he finds himself back as a coordinator in under 4 years. Just my gut feeling.

I don't know about that. He will have a lot of time to get his team in place. Also, he won't have the pressure on him to win every game. If he goes 6-6 or 7-5 in a year or two, he will be considered a huge success at smu.
