He knows Chad's system backwards and forwards, has had great success as a High School Head Coach and will continue to recruit high level talent. We need a good, young QB Coach to support him, but I believe he deserves a shot.

Duh....I believe he is addressing the fact that Scott will be a candidate for The OC position which will open up Jeff Scott's position on the coaching staff. I am Certain Dabo has a list of candidates that would Love to come to Clemson and coach. We all need to have a little faith. My Goodness:(

Yes. His spot on the staff will go to a QB Coach when he is promoted to OC.
