I know we were an offer for that kid. Hope he finds a spot somewhere.

The way things are looking, we probably still need him.

That kids family should sue MSU and set

Nov 21, 2014, 9:12 PM

a precedent to prevent this from happening again. Saben is notorious for doing stuff like this, but for Mullen to go so far has to telling him to graduate early and pulling the scholy so late is just mean. Seems like there would be some grounds for a lawsuit if the kid can't get a ride anywhere else.

Why is that? We have two excellent QB commitments

already. Three in one class is a bit much

I love his High school coach sticking up for him and calling

out "coach" mullen. Hope the kid finds a place and glad he isn't sticking with that program.

Why I don't blame recruits when they decommit.

Nothing is guaranteed to them either

He just needs to commit a crime and LSU or Auburn will pick

Nov 21, 2014, 11:10 PM

him up.......

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

This happens every week but

typically a recruit who bails and leaves a school stranded.

Verbal commitments are like dates. Nothing in stone until you get married. Plus there's more to the story it looks like.

He's got two months to get an offer before he needs to enroll somewhere. He'll be fine.

$EC schools all do this that's why they over sign...

Nov 22, 2014, 11:59 AM

To deny other schools a shot a kid. Then when they drop the kid the other schools interested in the player have filled up too many spots. It's a policy they practice to deny other schools talented players
