Maybe they specialize in gifted athletes with 6th grade maturity levels? I guess Kelly wanted to be a Tiger but had to settle for LSU.

They'd have to have some kind of special facility.
That kid didn't just act up with the coaches. . .he actually was arrested and found guilty of public disorderly conduct in 2013, yet continued on with shenanigans.
Lord knows how many chances Dabo gave that shaved ape.
