a "student" athlete and didn't take one of those sham courses, do you have recourse to bring a class action lawsuit against UNCheat on the grounds that you should be paid all or part of the tuition money it cost you to go there since their knowingly creating fake classes has cheapened your degree from them?

Anyone know a lawyer in NC that would take up this cause?

The fault is there and the damages are there. In my unlegal opinion, yes. Sue everybody.
