the Tigers won the toss and deferred? This is a very rare move by Dabo. He ALWAYS takes the ball first. It worked because the D held and two offensive plays later the Tigers led and NEVER trailed. Now I am curious what will happen against ncsu..

defer based on the way the team was built...but because they hadn't won the toss, they haven't been able to do so.
do you think you can figure the rest out yourself?

Is this the first time that Clemson has won the toss?? Keep in mind that this has been happening for more than this season. I am only guessing, but I suspect that UNTIL Saturdays game Dabo had chosen the ball first when he had the choice to make. Check it out and let us know the real answer.

That is very true but it is also good to score first to gain control of the game, play great defense to begin the second half and score quickly again. This may require a half time adjustment however!!!!
