A closer look at the original tweets about the incident in the Deadspin post (WARNING: strong language) suggests that Winston shouted the obscene phrase multiple times and in multiple locations, including outside of the HCB building, FSU Student Union, and elsewhere. Two of the tweets suggested that they had seen him do this multiple times.

This was on their scout site.

Doesn't look good for him!!

There was post after post on the scout FSU site that was making a huge fuss over the fact he got suspended over one profanity. The whole FSU fan base is hating on Jamis now. Even Jimbo was saying all week he was a good kid that just does stupid teenager stuff and if he would not have been so closely followed this would not have been that big of deal.

My FSU friends are so down right now. If we go in there and hit them in the mouth in the first quarter the crowd will be out of it. We could not have ask for a better break on the road against the #1 team. I don't care about the playoff committee right now. We can't change the fact Jamis is not a me guy..lol if we win out our chances are good that we will go to the playoffs. I believe we are going to slay the giant really good tonight!

noteworthy as well is this is an interim president, so unless he is auditioning for the job, it is unlikely he will be swayed by campus politics.
