Shame College FB World didn't get to see CJ carry that Rock @ Clemson b/c

Sep 17, 2014, 6:56 PM

They would have seen one of the most "exciting" running backs ever..and gotten to know a great young man, who imo should have been invited to NYC for the Heisman Trophy presentation his senior year, if for no more reason than that he was so special on the field & proved it time & again and that he was a stand-up student-athlete...So, I'm proud the NFL HOF wants to give him recognition for his recent one-of-a-kind deeds by displaying his Bill's jersey. GoCJ...and GoTiGERS!

Still a ripoff he didn't get invited to Heisman Ceremony

1,700 yards from scrimmage, 16 Tds and..... 5 Tds for return. Insane

Yeah he was the most exciting I have ever watched. I was in the 10th grade when he shook GT's whole team that night on the sideline. Only thing that made it better, my dad got sideline passes from a police officer he knows and we were standing in the Endzone he was running to. You can actually see my dad on the screen, grey sweatshirt with Clemson in orange letters just standing there holding his arm straight up in the air

If there were a decade Heisman like award

In retrospect he'd probably be invited. Reggie Bush but better.

I sometimes wonder if the Heisman committee gets upset with the media pushing their agendas.

1982 Heisman:

1. H. Walker
2. J. Elway
3. E. Dickerson

Back in the day they chose the best players. Now it's Tebows and Manziels and Quinns. Pathetic.
