So if Muse enrolls in Jan and plays a season of Baseball at Clemson he is still eligible for the draft correct? He could come to Clemson on a football scholarship and never play a down for the team.

Never mind I forgot the 3 year rule. So for him it would be better to wait until after your high school baseball season and see how the draft goes before enrolling.

but I think it would be possible for him to enroll in Jan, not play baseball, and be drafted. For some reason I think you have to go through a draft (or forgo it like Parker did by playing) before the "3 year rule" applies.
