If you go from car to parking garage to hotel/casino, its cool and you'll be fine. Its not like Vegas. There is NOTHING worthwhile to do there unless you've already given up on life.

No, its white trash Vegas. Blue haired women from New York that took the bus down to play slots, and 1 out of every 3 people on the boardwalk are looking to rob you somehow.
I still go up there on a fairly regular basis for work at the FAA Tech Center in the town next to AC. I just don't go into AC anymore.
