Saying that the need to take classes and diversity training because people that work for them might find that their Christian beliefs are suppressed due to the hostile belief that the founder holds toward religion.

Non profit so they have to allow all faiths? Im just looking at a way to throw their bs back in their own face. Like I said not a lawyer.

First and foremost they are a private organization with funding from private sources. Since they don't take public monies they can do what they want .... just like teenage girls on Maury Povich.

Being tax exempt is a non-issue

At least that is my broad non-lawyer / non-accountant take.
