I used to feel this way but I've had it with groups foisting their agenda on my beliefs. Heck with them. If they dont worship and believe fine. Dont meddle in my beliefs

What can they do besides harass you? I have a feeling that sometimes those who claim to follow Jesus are surprised when they are "attacked" for their faith. Jesus said, "You will be hated by all because of My name, but it is the one who has endured to the end who will be saved."(Matthew 16:24).
And looking at the direction of our world and country it will get worse. "Indeed, all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will be persecuted. But evil men and impostors will proceed from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived." (2 Timothy 3:12-13).
It's amazing that the name of Jesus can elicit so much hate. Must be a pretty powerful message.
Yet Jesus did not sway from his admonishing to love your enemies. He was brought to trial this week and led to the slaughter. He did not answer the false accusations but willingly went to the cross, upon which having nails driving through his hands and feet and suffocating under the weight of his own body declared, "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do."

And I believe it.
I also do not think that that, in any way changes the message of Christ. The message of Grace he preached and lived did not contain caveats along the lines of "Be peaceful and love your enemies, unless they are trying to stifle your religious freedoms".

The song "Only The Blood" is a very powerful message for Christians. This verse is especially powerful:
