B1G, it will be better for them and everyone in the long run. Not in a bad way. We'll be overlapping considerably with the B1G in the coming years and it should make for some interesting OOC games along the way.

Maryland really had no one true rival in the ACC. Everyone seemed to hate them equally.

They would make an excellent addition to the conference. Would be a great rival too as a cross-division rival, with avenging the orange bowl as a great precedent for an awesome football shootout.

I also can't wait to stomp them for running up the score.

make it contiguous. With Maryland leaving, and Louisville replacing them, even Notre Dame is contiguous now, if not for that little bit of land between the northern hump of Virginia and the Pennsylvania boarder.

West Virginia would also add a great stadium atmosphere and fanbase that travels. They should have been added before they went to the Big12 and signed GOR.
