It takes 30 minutes to get to class from 5 miles off campus as is...adding 10,000 would sure help that problem.

Give the students all lower deck seats and give donors the upper deck tickets. The upper deck sections that are missing people are open because the students who have those corner sections find a way to get into the lower deck.
I know everyone loves their seats...but you can't always have your cake and eat it too.
